What to expect
Join Fly Rhino and Colorado Angling Company for a day of fly fishing on private waters near Vail, CO. No experience necessary! We will be learning from the pros. There will be one guide for every two anglers. Since we will be on private waters, we will have the entire stretch of river to ourselves. Private water is also less pressured, meaning that fish see fewer anglers hence fewer flies drifting by their face. Be prepared for a fierce battle of tug o war with some of these large private water fish.
The cost of the event will include all of the gear, five hours of fishing on private water with your guide and lunch to follow. If you have your own waders, please bring them along!
Do I need my own fly fishing gear?
No. But if you have your own gear, bring it!
Do I need to have fly fishing experience?
No. Your guides will be with you all day and provide the instruction needed.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We will coordinate carpooling from the Dino Lot off of I70. Parking at the river is limited.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Please direct questions to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We also encourage you to reach out on our Facebook page, “Fly Rhino” to be a part of the discussion and be aware of other upcoming events.
